Iced Lemongrass Tea
Beat the sweltering heat with this simple-to-make and refreshing drink! Enjoy!
- 1 lb lemongrass
- Rock sugar
- 1 litre water
1. Rinse lemongrass and cut off the harden stem. Cut them into halves lengthwise, and pat them with the back of a knife to bruise them.
2. Bring all ingredients to a boil and cook for 30 mins. Add rock sugar.
3. Sieve lemongrass tea through muslin. Serve hot or cold.
